Submitting a support request does not guarantee a resolution, compatibility with a particular device, or that a requested service will be available. Any software licence, subscription terms, or separate service agreement will be provided separately and are effective only if you choose to accept the applicable agreement.

Our review may require additional information or clarification. We may be unable to continue if information is incomplete, cannot be verified, or does not meet the requirements that apply to the request. We will explain relevant next steps through the communication channels available to us. You may choose not to continue at any point before accepting a separate agreement. Nothing on this website is an offer or promise of a particular outcome.

CLOUDONE is the business responsible for the assessment and handling described on this site. We do not transfer your support request to another business for that business to evaluate or handle. Information about any separate transaction, including its applicable terms and conditions, will be shown to you before you decide whether to accept it.

You agree to provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge and to update material details when they change. Review your information before submitting it. Do not submit information belonging to another person without authority. Do not use the site to violate law, interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or attempt to misuse another person's information. A message from CLOUDONE may contain information about the request or account associated with your contact details. Keep those details current and tell us if they change. If you share a phone or email account with someone else, that person may be able to see communications sent to it. You are responsible for choosing contact information that you can access safely.

Electronic notices may be provided through the website, by email, or by another contact method you have supplied, subject to applicable law and any separate agreement. You may need a compatible device, internet access, and current contact information to receive them.
