YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy Policy

We explain what information CLOUDONE collects, how we use it, when we disclose it, and the choices you can make.

Our commitment to privacy

CLOUDONE LLC ("CLOUDONE," "we," "us" or "our") respects the privacy of people who visit our website, contact us, or submit a support request. This Privacy Policy explains the information we collect, why we use it, how we protect it, and the choices available to you. It applies to information collected through this website and in our direct communications with you. It does not replace notices or agreements that apply to a specific account or transaction; those documents will explain their own terms.

This Policy is intended to be readable and practical. If you have a question about how information is handled, contact us using the details on our Contact page. We may update this Policy as our practices or legal requirements change. The date shown below identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected here before they apply to new collection or use.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide when you make a support request, ask a question, request help, or manage your communication preferences. This can include your name, contact details, information relevant to understanding and assessing your support request, and the contents of messages you send us. Please provide only information requested by the form and do not send account passwords or sensitive credentials through general contact channels.

Our website and service systems may also receive technical information such as your internet protocol address, browser type, device and operating-system details, the pages viewed, the time of a visit, and basic event logs. We use these details to operate the site, protect its security, diagnose errors, and understand whether the site is working as intended. Browser settings may control certain information collection, though some technical data is necessary for a secure connection.

How we use information

We use information to receive, assess, and handle support requests; communicate with you about a request or account; answer questions; provide customer service; verify information where appropriate; maintain records; prevent fraud and unauthorized activity; protect the rights and safety of people and our business; comply with legal obligations; and improve our website and internal processes.

We use contact information to respond through the channel you selected or authorized. If you separately consent to automated text messages, we may send the message types described in that consent and our SMS Terms. Text consent is optional and is not required to submit a support request or use a service. We do not use a support-related text program as permission for unrelated promotional messages.

How we disclose information

We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for marketing, referral, assessment, or handling of your support request. We may disclose information when required to comply with law or valid legal process; to investigate or prevent fraud, security incidents, or harm; to establish or defend legal claims; or as part of a corporate transaction, subject to applicable protections. We may also disclose information when you direct us to do so or otherwise give us permission.

CLOUDONE remains responsible for assessing and handling your support request. We do not send your support request to another business to take over the request. Information may be available to people working for CLOUDONE who need it to perform their responsibilities, subject to our internal safeguards and applicable obligations.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messaging and choices

If you provide optional SMS consent, CLOUDONE may send automated messages about the request you submitted and your account, including receipt confirmations, support-request updates, account notices, and customer-service replies. Message frequency varies, up to five messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.

You may withdraw text consent at any time by replying STOP to a message. You may also use our Opt out page or contact us through the Contact page to ask us to change your preferences. We will process a web or other non-keyword request as promptly as reasonably practicable.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including to assess and handle a request, provide an account service, meet recordkeeping duties, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods depend on the type of information and the reason it was collected. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it, de-identify it, or securely restrict access, subject to legal requirements.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You can help protect information by using secure devices and avoiding the transmission of passwords or access codes through ordinary email or open comment fields.

Cookies and site activity

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for basic operation, security, and remembering choices made during a visit. Browser and device information may be included in routine server logs. We use this information to keep the site functioning, understand technical problems, and protect against misuse. We do not use cookies to sell personal information or to authorize another company to solicit you about your support request.

Most browsers let you review or remove cookies and may provide settings for blocking them. If you block essential cookies, some website functions may not operate as expected. The choices available depend on your browser and device. A browser setting does not withdraw consent you separately gave by text; reply STOP to a CLOUDONE message to cancel that program.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of certain personal information, and to appeal a decision about a privacy request. You may also have the right to opt out of certain processing recognized by your state law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. To make a request, contact us using the Contact page and identify the request you are making. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity and authority before acting.

You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law. We may decline or limit a request when an exception applies, such as where retaining information is necessary to complete a transaction you requested, maintain security, or meet a legal obligation. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the reason and any available review process as required by law.

Children and external websites

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review the matter. Our website may contain links to other websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, and we are not responsible for external sites that we do not operate.
